Rental Policy

Payment is required at the time of booking.
The client will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn displays.
Do not vandalize or throw lawn display items in the garbage. If you do not like the display gift presented to you, notify us immediately and will come remove them.
Keep the display from any type of damage, such as debris from a lawnmower, trimmers, dogs, etc… these items are the property of Express Yardself and could result in being charged a fee to replace the item(s) damaged.
If you have your lawn service coming, please arrange for them to come prior to us setting up the display.
DO NOT remove or alter the display.
Express Yardself is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that occur to any person, pet, or personal property during the set-up or removal of the display.
